The Process to Get a Temporary Cash Loan

If you would like a collateral loan for your jewelry or luxury good, you will need to visit our downtown San Diego offices or request a Sell From Home Kit so that we can appraise your item in person. One of our experienced buyers will appraise your item in one of our private buying areas. They will examine it under high magnification to ensure that they are able to see its true value. Once your buyer has completed his or her appraisal, we will offer you a free verbal appraisal that contains important information about your item’s characteristics and worth. We will then offer you a fair cash loan price.

If you choose to pawn your item with us, we will issue your cash loan within minutes of the transaction’s completion. We will then issue your item a unique barcode tracking number. While your item is in our possession, we will store it in one of our top of the line security safes.

These security safes are located in our bank style vault, behind two steel doors that require fingerprint scanning for access. The vault is also under 24/7 video surveillance, ensuring your item is secure. When you have paid off your loan, you are free to retrieve your item.
