What makes this different from a pawn shop counter?

Who am I actually dealing with?

The family that owns the place. Kevin Keller, a GIA Graduate Diamonds diploma holder, is usually on the counter himself, and his son Maxwell runs operations. There is no call center and no regional manager to escalate to: the person who values your piece is the person who decides what we can pay for it.

Do I have to sell?

No. Plenty of people come in to find out what something is worth and leave with it. You can also borrow against a piece and keep ownership, or place it on consignment. The appraisal costs nothing either way.

Where are you and how do I park?

907 6th Ave in the Gaslamp Quarter, downtown San Diego. Reserved customer parking is available in the ACE lot across the street, directly opposite our storefront. Paid parking options are also available.

How do I know you are legitimate?

Do not take our word for it. The California license number below is public and searchable, the Better Business Bureau profile is a third party we do not control, and the eBay store carries 27 years of feedback that cannot be edited after the fact.
