   We explain the relevant marks, materials, measurements, condition and authentication checks. You can ask what a result means and what still needs further examination.

3. Walk through the market and the offer

   We discuss the current market references relevant to your piece, including metal prices, comparable pieces and buyer demand where appropriate. We explain how the findings and resale or refining opportunities inform our purchase offer, rather than asking you to accept an unexplained number.

4. Leave informed, whether or not you sell

   Ask questions, compare your options and take your time. When we can make an offer, we explain it with no obligation to accept. Our aim is for you to leave knowing more about your piece, its characteristics and the details of its story we can support.

Reserved customer parking is available in the ACE lot across the street, directly opposite our storefront. Paid parking options are also available.

If you accept an offer, we explain payment arrangements. You can also ask about an appropriate collateral loan or consignment. For a remote inquiry, contact the team before shipping so acceptance, insurance and return arrangements are clear.
