Learn About Our Buying Process
You bring the piece to 907 6th Ave in downtown San Diego along with a valid government-issued photo ID, which California law requires from anyone selling to us. A buyer examines it at the counter while you watch and explains what they are looking at and why it affects the value.
You get a free verbal appraisal and a cash offer. There is no fee and no obligation: take the offer and get paid the same day, or take the appraisal and think about it.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. Booking ahead guarantees no wait and makes sure the buyer with the most expertise in your type of item is the one who sees you.
What should I bring?
The item and your photo ID. Nothing else needs preparing. Boxes, papers, certificates and receipts help if you have them, but nothing is required.
How do I get paid?
Same day. There is no limit on a transaction, but for a very large one we need notice so we can arrange the funds, so call ahead if the amount is significant. Check and wire are always available.
What if I would rather borrow than sell?
We write collateral loans against jewelry, watches and other luxury items, with no minimum, no maximum and no credit check. The standard term is four months and you can redeem the item early at any time. Ask us for a quote on your specific piece.
What happens after you buy it?
We hold the item for seven days before it can move on. That hold is on our side only and does not affect when you get paid.

The store was easy to access downtown and they even had parking spots for free for customers, which was great and convenient. The store itself was nice looking and professional. The experience itself was no pressure and no hassle. I have no complaints. I would recommend anybody that needed to sell jewelry or gold that they were trying to offload To check them out.
