When you visit our downtown San Diego offices, you will be greeted by a member of our staff and offered a freshly brewed espresso, coffee, or tea. You will then be led to a private buying area where you will meet with your buyer. All of our buyers are highly trained and have extensive experience in the industry. They have worked as international jewelry dealers, jewelry designers, and estate buyers. Their combined 50 years of experience allow them to see value in gold, silver, and platinum jewelry and luxury items that other, less experienced buyers might miss.

Your buyer will examine your item carefully and under high magnification in order to see all of its intricacies. Once he or she has completed his appraisal, you will receive a free verbal appraisal.

This verbal appraisal will contain important information about your item that you can use later, should you choose to shop around at other San Diego gold and jewelry buyers. After your buyer offers his or her verbal appraisal, we will offer you a fair cash price to pawn your item with us.

If you choose to pawn your gold, silver, or platinum item with us, we will explain the available funding method and timing before you sign. No credit check is required. Large amounts may require advance arrangements. We will issue your item a unique barcode tracking number and will place it in the appropriate packaging to keep it safe.

We will then store it in one of our top of the line security safes. Our safes are located in a bank-style vault behind two sets of steel doors that require fingerprint scanning for access.
