Every figure here is the median of completed, verified sales over the window shown. Not asking prices, which are what a seller hoped for rather than what a buyer paid. We publish the sample size next to every number because a median without one is not evidence. Outliers are excluded before the median is taken, and the exclusion rules are the same for every brand.
